MORNING MOBILITY

20 minutes “virtually” to start the day off with less stiffness, pain and a greater range of motion.


ATHLETIC MOBILITY ( PREHAB)

Injury prevention, dynamic stretch and mobility.

ATHLETIC MOBILITY (REHAB)

Mobility session with emphasis on
Correcting imbalances created by overused and underused muscles.

FOOT & ANKLE STRENGTH TRAINING

"The Root of All Mobility Issues"
30 minutes of focused training and education.


RECOVERY MOBILITY

INCLUDES EMPHASIS ON PELVIC FLOOR, HIP, NECK AND LOWER BACK MOBILITY. CORE STRENGTH AND CORRECT BREATHING FOR INCREASED
ENERGY

THE ULTIMATE RECOVERY SESSION


ALL SESSIONS INCLUDE RESISTANCE MOVEMENT, FASCIA RELEASE AND
CORRECTIVE BREATHING TECHNIQUES.
