IN AND OUT...

BREATHING IN.. BREATHING OUT”.. The SECRET TO LONGEVITY, PRODUCTIVITY AND PEACE..


BREATHING IS POWER.. HARNESS IT .. CONTROL IT.. and we can lessen physical pain, run faster and longer..focus with a clarity most of us have forgotten even existed .. Emotionally.. we can stop time, capture “mind photos” of people, places and things to recall..

LIFE IS A DANCE.. BREATHING IS OUR RHYTHM... ( strong muscles are nothing without proper oxygenation ..ask any marathoner)


I think it’s ironic that COVID comes for our lungs .. ( if that’s a moment to pause ..consider our breathing .. what’s it going to take ??). FOUR WORDS.. “BREATHING IN.. BREATHING OUT..” a moment of stillness ( even on the subway).. cortisol stabilizes.. blood pressure drops.. brain fog is lifted .. ( and we don’t hit “SEND”.. ). FOUR WORDS.. brings us back to what we need..., what’s important .. FOUR WORDS.. reconnects our minds with our body ..


YEARS AGO .. in a time when I was could not “See the forest for the trees..”. Someone said this “IT WILL ALWAYS BE OK.. AS LONG AS WE ARE STILL BREATHING..”..


NYC.. we have miles to go.. KEEP BREATHING..( with a mask on...) YEP.. COVID LESSON.. we think about our breathing pretty much every moment .. THERE’S A UNIVERSAL IRONY IN THIS ..
