The Approach

WE WERE MADE FOR MOVEMENT WITH OUR WHOLE BODY, WITHOUT ANY STIFFNESS OR PAIN.

My approach is to focus on your specific needs in order to prevent injuries, strengthen muscles, keep joints healthy, correct muscle imbalances, release tightness and manage stress. Movement is an integral part in continuing to have a high quality of life. 

My goal is to proactively address any issues to keep you moving and healthy, and that means focusing on recovery, both post-injury or simply post-exercise, which is incredibly important, and often overlooked. By focusing on recovery, you'll see the following benefits: fatigue reduction (moreso than from passive rest), injury prevention, improvements in endurance for optimal performance, and reduction of discomfort from delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

WHY DOUBLE DOWN ON RECOVERY? To...

  • Promote overall well-being and relieves stress.

MOBILITY IS MY THING ....

I have three passions...

1) Working on a very individual level to improve lives by maintaining and improving mobility

2) Getting to the root of a chronic pain and stiffness issue by retraining and strengthening the correct muscles
and fixing faulty movement patterns.

3) Having FUN doing it. ) And by FUN. .. I mean.. Creating new fitness experiences to help, my clients find the “thing” they love ... 

That creates A SENSE OF WELL-BEING.. and that .. is exactly what makes for LONGEVITY...
